This site is a small independent guide to the full-day coach tour of Kyoto and Nara run by JTB Sunrise Tours. It compares the six booking options and explains how the day works, from the fixed meeting points to the return windows. It is not the operator's reservation desk and has no access to any booking system, so it cannot hold a seat, change one, or take a payment.

Replies and Fixes

Every reply is written by hand, which means a day or two can pass before a message lands, sometimes longer. When a correction arrives, the figure in question gets checked against the primary source before anything is changed on the page, and stale numbers are fixed rather than argued with. Bigger questions, such as whether the day suits a particular traveller, tend to be answered by the guide pages themselves. There is no newsletter to sign up for and no address to hand over.

When You Will Hear Back

No booking is held, moved or paid for here. The tour is run by JTB Sunrise Tours, and the booking itself sits with the seller on the live booking page, both entirely outside this site. Anything involving money or a reservation has to go to whoever sold the ticket, because that is the only party with access to the order. This page can explain the difference between the options, but it cannot act on any of them.

Anyone who already holds a booking should start with the confirmation email rather than here. Only the seller's own channel can act on an order that has been placed, whether the question is about the meeting point, the lunch choice or the departure itself. The confirmation carries the reference the seller needs, and quoting it saves a round of emails. This site never sees those references and cannot look an order up.

Two details settle most questions before an email is even needed. The first is the departure city, because the Kyoto and Osaka options run to different clocks and, on the Osaka side, end at Osaka Namba rather than back in Kyoto. The second is the calendar date, since the day runs to a fixed schedule that starts early in the morning and finishes in the evening. Checking those two against the booking page answers more than half of what lands in the mailbox.

For the practical ground, start with the FAQ; for the six options side by side, the homepage sets them out in one place.
